This project is on a standard urban lot 33' x 122'. The open concept floor plan was used to maximize the interior functions and available footprints. The back of the house becomes the central focus that links indoor and outdoor living spaces; this is achieved by the large kitchen window and the sliding glass doors that extend 12 feet across the family room. The covered porch with retractable screen provides comfortable outdoor living space and privacy.
